You can cancel the photo session at any time, using any of the communication channels under the following terms:

1 - Up to 14 days before the session
The reservation amount will be refunded in full (minus any transfer fees).. If you prefer, the amount will be in credit for 4 years. You can therefore use it on a new date, guaranteeing the price of the original session.

2 - Up to 7 days before the session
The reservation amount will be refunded by 50%. The preparation work will have already started or even be completed. All eventual expenses with props or accessories still remain your responsibility,

3 - Less than 7 days before the session/No Show
The reservation amount will not be refunded. In addition to the preparation work, the deadline is too short to find a new client for the vacancy. Therefore, non-refund in these circumstances is not a wish, it is a necessity. Thank you for your understanding.
 

4 - Cancellation due to "force majeure"
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photo shoot, we'll propose a new date and / or time, or we will do everything to guarantee a substitute photographer. If none of the solutions is viable, we'll make a full refund (minus any transfer fees).
